I'm Caley Dimmock.
(I’m also known to harvest a bell pepper or two…)
Business has always felt like a part of me.
I knew I wanted to work for myself since the age of 4.
I was the kid with the lemonade stand.
The kid who tried to sell her old toys to other neighbourhood kids, even though they didn’t have any money. (I hadn’t learned about supply & demand yet)
The kid who sold handmade jewelry at 12, then pillows made from fabric scraps and a hand-sewn fashion line.
I was also the kid who skipped class because she couldn’t sit still, but still pulled off straight A’s. (But didn’t get an ADHD diagnosis until 31… and pregnant.)
I got lucky as f*ck that I was *born* with natural gifts and aptitudes or I would’ve flunked school.
Everyone around me fit nicely into the systems, but I knew it wouldn’t work for me. I even dropped out of university – a classic entrepreneurship story.
And maybe that resonates with you too.
After all, whether you chose entrepreneurship or it chose you, we all ~~tend to~~ stay ~~in it~~ for one main reason – freedom.
Freedom to create the life and income that we desire.
And to do it all on our own terms.
It’s exactly why I left corporate in 2017 after playing an instrumental role in the national rebrand and market expansion of a major media company one year prior. (And at the ripe age of 26, *hellllllo* imposter syndrome!)
But my role had given me a chance to see my skills within context, allowing me to see that my ability to build audiences, create conversion-oriented marketing, and managing extremely high ROI ads were anything but average.
And today I find myself with a profitable business that brings in over $400k/year, doing what I love, with clients I adore, while I only have to put in part time hours…
I get to re-experience childhood through my daughter’s eyes, grow my own food in my rapidly expanding garden (don’t blink or I’ll have chickens soon too), and give back to causes and social issues that are important to me.
That’s exactly what I’ve helped hundreds of clients do as well.
I want everyone to have this kind of fulfillment from their business.
Because I want *everyone* to wake up to a life they f*cking love every day.
My parents (my mom, step mom, and dad) died earlier than they should have.
And this is what drives me every damn day.
It’s what helped me push fear aside so I could quit my 9-5 and bet on me.
It’s what gave me courage to take a MAJOR risk and invest my time and money in my dream project -- buying and renovating an a-frame in the woods.
It’s what got me to put that next level of trust into my business so I could lean more into motherhood and spend more time living life offline.
Life is short.
Too damn short.
So you’ve gotta just go for it.
And keep going for it. Over and over again… strategically.

It’s pretty rare to hit 6-figures let alone multiple 6-figures as a solo service provider until you add on coaching or consulting... But I initially surpassed that multi-6-figure mark fully on done-for-you services, while only working part-time hours.

As someone who is alcohol-sober and has been since 2019, I am ridiculously good at getting alcohol brands great ROI with their ads.

I was approached to be on Bachelor Canada as one of the ‘contestants’ back in 2018. I turned down the opportunity though because my peace now is worth more to me than anything that involves constructed drama.

I know the number associated with nearly every single exit in my province, and I enjoy doing mental math at the gas pump to calculate the end price based on the current price and how many litres I think I need to fill up. And I'm usually accurate within $0.25.
